This is "u3 software" : Useful University of Ulster software

The PDSystem is release under the GPL v2 License. This means that they will be Free and Open Source Software (FOSS), effectively free for anyone else to install, use and modify to their own needs. The University of Ulster has taken this approach with their software to help build a user community that can support one another with the implementation of Personal Development Planning and benefit from contributions and enhancements driven by others.

FOSS will be down on 10-Mar-2010 as the server is moving to a new server room. FOSS should be back on-line by 0900 GMT 11-Mar-2010.

The source code for the PDSystem has been moved into a branch labelled 3.1

This is to facilitate the development of PDSystem version 4. So if you want the latest stable code check out the code from
